BOOKING DETAILS
To guarantee your reservation, we request a payment of 50% of the total amount (with a maximum of 6 months before the date of the event).
The remaining 50% of the reservation must be paid in cash no later than 1 or 2 days before the date of the event.
You can pay by bank transfer or in US dollars. Payments by bank transfer must be made at least 2 weeks in advance the event date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel services with Gabriel Anta for any reason, payments made are non-refundable.
Rates are subject to availability and subject to change without prior notice, until the reservation is formalized by paying 50%.
At the schedule established for the wedding celebration, a tolerance of 30 minutes will be granted for the client to appear at the established meeting point. After this period of time, we cannot guarantee that the wedding will take place.
RESCHEDULING OF EVENT DATE
If for what ever reason your event date needs to be rescheduled, we will do everything in our power to work with your new date at no extra charge. If new date conflicts with date already booked with Gabriel Anta, we apologize for the inconvenience but must honor bookings on a first come, first serve basis. If we are unable to re-book your event, due to conflict, retainer is non-refundable.
If you want to hire our services we will be happy to work for you on this important day.
You can reserve your date with a maximum of 6 months before the day of the event, since from time to time we update the services we offer based on the needs of the clients. This may imply an adjustment in the services we offer and also in the prices of the packages.
If you want to "book" your date more than 6 months in advance, we can indicate our expected availability and enter the date in the calendar, but this does not guarantee our availability until the payment of the reservation is made with a maximum of 6 months before the requested date.
By contracting our services, the client expressly accepts all our service policies, which he or she has fully understood and expresses his or her express consent to use the data provided. It has full capacity to enter into contracts.
NO SHOW clients (who do not show up) for any reason, will have a 100% penalty, so NO refund will be issued.
